Amazing service on an old PC with an even older version of Microsoft Office who wasn’t playing nicely with a new iPad and iPhone 14. Dakota was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and not only fixed the problem for an very reasonable fee but also had good advice on how to go forward with this version of Microsoft Office without having to replace it. I was very impressed with the level of timing service and value. I had a disc failure issue and had set up an appointment with Geek squad at Best Buy. Then we noticed that RLCS was a local shop and I stopped in when they opened to see what they could do compared to The Geek Squad. RLCS was not only very cost effective they got my computer done in 2 hours while Geek Squad wanted to keep my computer for 2-3 days. I would highly recommend this store and trust they can do the work.
